The purpose of the 401(k) plan is to help you save for retirement and other long-term financial goals. That is why the IRS allows you to save on a pre-tax basis. Under limited circumstances you may withdraw before-tax contributions from the plan before retirement; however, you may be required to pay any taxes on the amount you withdraw plus certain tax penalties. |

You may contribute a portion of your eligible compensation by making pre-tax salary deferrals through regular payroll deductions, up to the current IRS maximum of $10,500 per year (for 2009, may be increased in future years). |

| Vesting Information: |
Vesting refers to your right to a benefit under the plan. You are 100% vested in your own contribution and any rollover contributions you make to the plan, as well as any earnings on those contributions. You will be vested in your employer contributions and any earnings on those contributions according to the vesting schedule. |
